However, if for any reason, your experience purchasing an item wasn't satisfactory, we invite you to please review the policy and standards on order returns and order cancellation
All sellers must have their own return policy and must abide
by their return policy. InspoShops LLC is not responsible for any items sold
by sellers. We ask that you reach out to the seller directly to handle
disputes. If you feel the seller is not handling your dispute please reach out
to our customer support team via email Info@insposhops.com.
InspoShops LLC will reach out to the seller and handle the
dispute case by case. If you are found in favor of the dispute please allow up
to 10 business days for a full refund once the dispute is granted in your
favor. InspoShops LLC allows the sellers up to 3 business days to respond to
any dispute claim.
All sellers must have their own return policy and must abide
by their policy. Failure to do so will result in account termination and a full
refund to the customer.
InspoShops LLC will refund the customer's full order and will
bill your card on file if you are found at fault. Sellers must respond to
InspoShops LLC customer service within 2 business days (Saturdays included) to
dispute this conflict. Failure to respond will result in the buyer's favor
automatically.
InspoShops LLC will process your card on file up to 3 times.
Sellers are responsible for any insufficient funds’ fees of up to 14% of the sale.
If InspoShops LLC is not able to process your payment after three attempts,
your account will be terminated, and an invoice will be sent to your email
provided. Once the invoice is paid, your account will return to our platform.
Sellers who have two or more disputes not in their favor
will be terminated permanently without notice.
InspoShops LLC is not reliable or responsible for any
products sold by sellers. InspoShops LLC is the marketplace platform for
sellers to sell their handcrafted products. Each seller is their own business,
and each seller is responsible for their products, their customer support,
return policy, and cancelation policy.
